Specialized Planning

A vision requires a solid strategic and technical foundation. In our initial consultation, we will work together to understand your needs and develop a strong preliminary concept. Typically, we cover the first two stages, “Initial Assessment” (LP1) and “Preliminary Planning” (LP2), as part of our consulting services.

In the third stage, we develop the technical concept, which forms the foundation for the later implementation. It is aligned with functionality, cost efficiency, and feasibility. Approval planning (LP4) is often not necessary, as most of our projects do not require official building permits, allowing us to proceed directly to the next stage.

During the execution planning stage, we focus on the details, The selection of diverse devices and their optimal placement within the building are carefully planned and defined. Additionally, we create architectural drawings and functional block diagrams to ensure seamless implementation.

If a tender is required, we support you throughout the preparation process. This includes bidder discussions, offer evaluations with price comparisons, and providing a recommendation for the solution.

In service stage 8, we serve as the technical client representative, managing the implementation process, ensuring that everything stays on track, and making sure it proceeds as planned. This includes accepting the delivered services, as well as overseeing cost control and billing with the executing company.
